The origin of Sake brewing goes back over one thousand years ago.
Since then, knowledge and techniques have been passed on through many generations of Sake brewers. Our passion is to pursue not only good taste, but Sake wich touches the hearts of drinkers.

Fusetsu Maroyaka Shochu
The special shochu produced by Hanyu Distillery in Saitama Prefecture. It has been aged for more than 3 years using oak barrels which their whiskeie were matured. The roasted sweet aroma and mellow taste derived from whiskey barrel.

Craft GIN
Craft Gin TOGEDAMA : born in 2020 by Musashino Distillery in Kawagoe, Saitama Prefecture. The trade name TOGEDAMA is derived from juniper berries in the sense of thorns and balls. A refreshing and stylish taste using yuzu, tea and Japanese pepper.
Craft Gin “KIYOSU“: The Craft Gin made by a sake brewery in Aichi prefecture, using Japanese botanicals such as mandarin oranges, Japanese pepper, green tea and ginger, has a fresh citrus aroma, spicy herbal flavor, and the sweetness and bitterness at the end.
Craft Gin 9148 : Benizakura Distillery, which makes a special Craft Gin in Sapporo, Hokkaido. It uses plenty of botanicals from Hokkaido, is one of the best-quality Japanese Gin that you can enjoy the complexity and rich flavor.

Gazan (Junmai-Daiginjo) : The Sake “Gazan” made by Tsurumi Sake Brewery in Aichi Prefecture. Junmai Daiginjo is made by polishing Yamada-Nishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture to 35%. It is a wonderful Sake with gorgeous aroma, smooth mouthfeel, and the Umami of rice.
Premium Ume-shu produced from Sake : The premium UMESHU produced from the best plum called NANKOUBAI based on fine sake by sake brewery, with a refreshing taste, but also with a rich taste from its harmony of sake & plum, which are all made in Japan.
